GeneQuiz development

GeneQuiz was a system created in 1993 for automated genome analysis, which integrated different methods, a set of databases daily updated, and a user-friendly display using the world wide web. My contribution to the development of GeneQuiz is described in two publications: a description of the GeneQuiz system with special emphasys on the developments the Sander group at EBI did in the years 1996-1998 [1] and a description of the GeneQuiz Web server [2].
